Refund policy
At Nazpaw, we create one-of-a-kind AI-generated pet portraits. Because our products are personalized and made to your specific requirements, our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent in accordance with UK consumer laws.
1. Personalized Goods
All our portraits, canvases, and frames are custom-made based on the photo you upload and the AI preview you approve.
- Non-Refundable: Under UK law, personalized goods are exempt from the standard 14-day "cooling-off" period. We do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind after the order has been processed.
- Approval: By completing your purchase, you confirm your satisfaction with the AI-generated preview shown on the screen.
2. Cancellations
We understand that you may need to change your mind shortly after ordering.
- 2-Hour Window: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 2 hours of purchase by emailing hello@nazpaw.com.
- Refunds for cancellations within the 2-hour window will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- After 2 Hours: Once this window expires, your order is locked and sent to production. At this stage, cancellations are no longer possible as production costs have already been incurred.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will provide a free replacement.
- Reporting: You must notify us at hello@nazpaw.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Required Evidence: Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging.
- Resolution: Once verified, we will ship a replacement to you immediately. You generally do not need to return the faulty item.
4. Quality & Photo Guide
- Photo Responsibility: The quality of the final print depends on the photo you provide. We cannot offer refunds for low-quality results if the uploaded photo was blurry or low-resolution. Please refer to our Photo Guide.
- Color Variations: Slight variations in color (up to 20%) may occur due to monitor settings and the printing process on physical materials.
